I’ve been at CBS since 2012. In my role as VP of Photo within our marketing department, I lead a talented team of women, creative producers whose work spans the globe. Our mighty team, formed in 2021 with 75% new personnel, has bonded incredibly well, supporting each other on and off the job. For our shows, we conceptualize, produce, art direct on set, and pour over every pixel in post-production. CBS is the most-watched network for the 16th season in a row, with eight of the top 10 non-sports programs and four of the top five new series: #1 MATLOCK, #2 GEORGIE AND MANDY’S FIRST MARRIAGE, #4 WATSON, and #5 NCIS ORIGINS.  I’m incredibly proud of the stories we tell as a network and how well the Photo and Marketing department depict our shows in the still medium.

My photography journey began at Brooks Institute, where I majored in portraiture. After graduating, I worked at two very different magazines: Playboy and Architectural Digest, transitioning teams from film to digital. I then moved to E! Entertainment as a Sr. Photo Editor, where I cut costs, negotiated extended agency terms, and streamlined workflows to keep pace with the site’s explosive growth.

Beyond CBS, I mentor photographers through Diversify Photo, APA, Art Center, The Luupe, and when time allows, over good old fashioned drinks.
